A new brunch restaurant, over a year in the making, has announced their opening date! Water Street Waffle Company will officially open their new New London location on November 6th! The restaurant is located at 133 Bank Street in Downtown New London, next door to Tox Brewing Company. The new eatery is expanding from their home state of Texas with this new space! The menu features a variety of liege waffle creations, their 'Jalapeno Chorizo Balls', bisquits and gravy, mmelets, pancakes, and much more!
