Aldi is planning a new location in Guilford! According to a real estate listing by JAZ Brokerage, Aldi has signed onto the new Guilford Village West development at 1940 Boston Post Road in Guilford; across from Guilford Commons. The listing states: "Brand new development on Boston Post Rd. Co-tenants include ALDI Supermarket, Chipotle and Starbucks. The remaining space is 4230 SF (It can be subdivided, if necessary) next to ALDI." The development will be home to Starbucks, Chipotle, Aldi, as well as 162 residential units at the rear of the site. We've reached out to JAZ Brokerage for comment but they never responded to our inquiries.
