The Bedford by Martha Stewart is officially open at Foxwoods Resort Casino! The new celebrity chef restaurant has opened its doors on the restaurant level of the Grand Pequot Tower! The Bedford celebrated their grand opening yesterday with a special visit from Martha Stewart herself. The new restaurant is inspired by Martha Stewart's 1925 home in Bedford, New York. This one-of-a-kind dining destination features a thoughtfully curated menu that highlights some of Martha Stewart's most cherished recipes, crafted with the finest locally sourced ingredients. The menu features Stewart's personal favorites including her Kurobuta Pork Chop, Niçoise Salad, and her Big Martha Pierogies. The Bedford is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a special breakfast buffet as well! Breakfast and Dinner are available 7 days a week while lunch is served Friday through Sunday.
