A new halal restaurant has opened in Waterbury! Shah's Halal Food has opened their second Waterbury location at 1051 Wolcott Street, formerly home to 7 Eleven and later Smoking Ape Co. Smoke Shop. The restaurant serves a wide variety of halal food including gyros, platters, falafel, burgers, wings, salads, hummus, pita, baklava, and much more.
