2 new tenants are coming soon to Mattatuck Commons in Waterbury!
Crumbl is coming soon to the plaza! As we've previously reported, Crumbl will occupy the former Dr.Dental space between Petsmart & Goodwill. Construction will underway with an opening later this year. Aspen Dental will open a new branch in the plaza. The new dental office will occupy the former GameStop in the parking lot. Aspen Dental is one of the largest Dental chains in the United States, they currently have an office on Chase Avenue in Waterbury. These new businesses will bring the plaza to full occupancy! Latest additions including TJ Maxx, Stop & Shop, and Petsmart has bolstered the plaza's occupancy in recent years.
