Barnes & Noble will be permanently closing their Waterbury store!
The bookstore chain will be closing their Waterbury location on January 18th, 2026 after 28 years of business. The store’s lease is coming to an end; and they have opted to not renew. The store is located at 235 Union Street in Waterbury, part of Brass Mill Commons. Shoppers are encouraged to visit the new location at The Shops at Stone Bridge in Cheshire or online at https://www.bn.com/ Stop in and shop until January 18th!
