A new farm-to-table restaurant has opened in Southbury! Farmers Tavern is NOW OPEN at 730 Main Street South in Southbury, the former Sake Asian Fusion which closed earlier this summer. Farmers Tavern opened its doors on August 4th. The new farm-to-table restaurant features fresh seafood, prime steaks, gourmet burgers, farm-fresh vegetables, and so much more.
