Nothing Bundt Cakes is planning a new bakery at Springfield Crossing!
The new bakery chain would be located at 1655 Boston Post in Springfield, part of the new Springfield Crossing development on the site of the Eastfield Mall. Nothing Bundt Cakes would be located in the new strip plaza next to BJ's, joining Playa Bowls and other tenants. Construction is planned to begin this summer with an opening later this year. Nothing Bundt Cakes is a growing chain of bakeries with other MA locations in Braintree, Burlington, Methuen, Newton, Peabody, Saugus, and Shrewsbury.
