The new 'Springfield Crossing' development on the site of the former Eastfield Mall has been listed for sale by Atlatic Retail! No asking price was provided with the listing.

The new open-air shopping center began its phased opening last December with the opening of BJ's Wholesale. The space features over 203,000 square feet of retail space. The site is located at 1655 Boston Road.

Notable tenants in the development include BJ's Wholesale, Hobby Lobby, Petsmart, Target (opening on 07/26), La-Z-Boy, Chick-Fil-A, Skechers, Carter's, Chase Bank, and Chipotle.
