A new pizza place has opened in Springfield! Tower Pizza recently opened their doors at Tower Square in Springfield. The business had their soft opening on Monday 01/20. An official grand opening is planned for February 3rd at 11am. The new pizza shop is Puerto-Rican owned, resulting in a mix of Italian-American and Latin-fusion cuisine under the same roof. The restaurant has traditional pizzas like cheese, pepperoni, meat lovers, veggie, buffalo chicken, and other. The menu also has sandwiches, Puerto Rican specialty calzones, empanadas, aranitas, tostones, mofonguitos, and more. The new restaurant also offers catering services.
