-The redevelopment of the former Eastfield Mall in Springfield is underway. Numerous tenants have signed on to the Springfield Crossing project including Target, BJ's Wholesale, La-Z-Boy, Petsmart, Chipotle, Hobby Lobby, Carter's, Skechers, and Chick Fil A. Look for vertical construction to begin soon with a fall 2025 opening. Check out our post on it here: http://www.theconnecticutscoop.com/.../new-tenants... -We expect an update on the redevelopment of the former Sears near Springfield Crossing (former Eastfield Mall). We are hearing that Market Basket has expressed interest in the site; though nothing formal has been submitted. Stay tuned for more information in 2025. -The development of condos at 'The Fort' in Springfield. The owners of the building plan to add condos in the upper levels of the building above The Fort and The Student Prince Cafe. OPAL Real Estate Group and The Yee Family are working with Winn Development on a $50 million redevelopment above the restaurant. They estimate it could house 50 or more condos. Any other developments that we should add to our list? Comment below! google.com, pub-6281623581700385, DIRECT, f08c47fec0942fa0

PSA: ONE TRILLION DOLLARS GOES UNTAXED FROM THESE PEOPLE BEHIND THESE BUSINESSES LETS TALK ABOUT HOW THEYRE ROBBING THE COMMUNITY IN THE TAX MONEY THAT COULD ACTUALLY MAKE PROGRESS BJT INSTEAD YOU WILL BUY MORE PROPERTY IN WAYS YOUR BANK BUDDIES MAKE MONEY OFF OF LIKE BONDS AND INTEREST AND YOU GET THE CHARITABLE HONOR BECAUSE OF A 1969 TAX CODE FORCING YOU TO GIVE 5%. DISCLOSE THIS WITH THE PUBLIC CLEARLY AND SEE IF YOU STILL THINK YOURE A GOOD CHARITY AND COMMUNITY MAN. What are they charging to live in those condos while they all use tax shelters in non profits and use disabled individuals as financial extracurricular activity? Why can’t I meet with the board of Viability and go over all the money trail with you frank, of opal real estate? Too busy securing government contracts and partnering up with winn- privatized military housing? This is where the left and the right meet. This all spews down upon “non profits” a tax exemption NOT RIGHTEOUSNESS. The governments tax codes allow you to even profit off of the military industrial complex and military families treated like animals from slumlords. You don’t care about the people. YOURE BUYING OUR HOUSING UP AND BUYING IS A CONCEPT AS ITS PROFIT AND THEORETICAL MONEY. YOU ARE CHEATERS AND THIEVES.
