Take a look at the new The Ground Round restaurant coming soon to Shrewsbury! The restaurant will be located at 271 Grafton Street in Shrewsbury; the former Bauhinia restaurant. The restaurant is in the midst of renovations with plans to open very soon! The new Shrewsbury location marks a return of the brand to Massachusetts and the region, Ground Round previously operated a location at 225 Boston Turnpike in Shrewsbury that closed in 2004. The chain has four franchised locations in Ohio and three in North Dakota. The restaurant serves casual American cuisine including (but not limited too) burgers, steak, chicken, Tex-Mex options, salads, pastas, and more. The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner. The owners of the Shrewsbury location, Joe and Nachi Shea, are the owners of the brand; with the other locations in Ohio and North Dakota as franchisees.
