Kid's Empire, a chain of indoor children's entertainment centers, is coming soon to The Launch at Hingham Shipyard! The new playcenter will be located in a portion of the former Bed Bath & Beyond store at the outdoor lifestyle center. Kid's Empire will occupy a roughly 10,000 square foot space in the lifestyle center. The space has sat vacant since Bed Bath & Beyond closed their doors in 2023. Parents pay for a day pass at the center; you are able to leave and come back throughout the day. Each center's offering a different, but they usually contain an indoor climbing structure, slides, spinners, giant building blocks, go-cart style vehicles, soccer arena, and/or a dance floor. The center is perfect for kids of most ages. The center is perfect for birthday parties, field trips, and other fun occassions! They have over 90 locations throughout the United States. The closest location for the indoor playground is currently in Cranston, RI.
