EAST LONGMEADOW SCOOP: Two new restaurants proposed in East Longmeadow!

Two new restaurants are eyeing East Longmeadow for new locations! Applications have been submitted to the Zoning Board. 

Sandwich Shop on White Avenue!

A new sandwich shop is being proposed for the former Stacy's Cleaners building at 55 White Avenue in East Longmeadow. Applicant Robert Cicero set up an LLC named Ona's Gourmet late last year, it is unclear if that is the planned name for the establishment. 

The proposed sandwich shop would heavily renovate the existing building. The space would feature interior seating for 30 individuals and 10 parking spaces (meeting parking requirements). There is speculation online that this will be a new location of Hot Table, though the layout does not match their standard prototype as it is missing their sandwich-building queue.

Pho Restaurant on Prospect Street!

A new pho restaurant named 'Tony Pho Restaurant' is proposed for 51 Prospect Street in East Longmeadow. Tony Phở Restaurant will specialize in traditional Vietnamese dishes, with a primary focus on pho—a fragrant and savory noodle soup prepared with slow-simmered broth, fresh herbs, and premium meats. In addition to Phở, the menu will include Bánh mì, rice dishes, egg rolls, fresh spring rolls, vermicelli bowls, appetizers, and beverages that reflect the rich culinary heritage of Vietnam.

The restaurant is designed to serve dine-in, takeout, and delivery customers. The interior would have seating for 36 individuals and 15 parking spaces.
