SOUTH WINDSOR SCOOP: 2 businesses close, 2 under construction at Evergreen Walk!

Two businesses at The Shops at Evergreen Walk have closed their doors; while two new tenants are under construction!

-Deka Lash has closed their eyelash studio at the outdoor mall. The studio opened their doors in February of 2024, replacing DAVIDsTea. It appears that Deka Lash is looking for a new franchisee to reopen the business, the franchise is listed for sale for $215,900.

-All Love Candles have moved out of Evergreen Walk and will reopen in a new space in Newington. The candle bar opened in Evergreen Walk in November 2024, taking over a space near The Green. They will reopen at 50 Market Square in Newington, with plans to host candle making classes, music nights and tarot nights, creating a warm, cozy community gathering space. Look for them to reopen in October in Newington.

-Gap will make their triumphant return to Evergreen Walk as a Gap Factory Store. They will return to their previous space next to Talbots with plans to open this fall.

-StretchLab is under construction of the new stretch studio at Evergreen Walk. The studio will be located next to Emerald City Smoothie, occupying a long-vacant/never used space.
