First look at the new Pickleball Kingdom facility coming to 169 Hale Road in Manchester! The new pickleball facility will feature 11 courts, 3 community rooms, a lounge, pro shop, and more! They will occupy over 30,000 square feet at 169 Hale Road, the former Babies R Us space in the plaza. A building permit was recently issued and work is set to kick-off very soon! The work is estimate to cost about $600,000 to convert the retail space into a cutting-edge pickleball center. The space has been host to a number of temporary tenants since Babies R Us closed. Dick's Warehouse Sale occupied the space for an outlet store for over a year; Crazy Hot Deals moved in before relocating back to their original space in the same plaza.
