AYR Wellness has received zoning approval to open a new cannabis dispensary with a drive thru at the former Starbucks at 185 Spencer Street! The new dispensary does not plan to make any exterior changes other than the addition of cameras and new signage for the business. The interior will receive a new build out with a new security station and a redesign of the counter. The existing drive thru will be utilized for pre-ordered purchase pick up. The plan must still go through State licensing and the building department approvals. The dispensary is expected to be medical and recreational use. Do you think Manchester needs a third dispenary?
