A number of restaurants will be opening in 2026 in Manchester! Take a look at who's coming soon below! -Casa Mezcal will be opening their first US location at 867 Main Street; the former The Main Course space. The Toronto-based restaurant serves bold Mexican and Tex-Mex flavors. Look for them to open in early 2026. -Royal Paan will be opening their first CT location (second in the US) at 1000 Tolland Turnpike; part of the former Randy's Wooster Street Pizza space next to BJ's. The menu consists of authentic Indian paan, masala, Faloonda, Kulfi, Vegetarian Street Food, Dosa, Chaat, a variety of delicious milkshakes, and other Mumbai-style Street Food delicacies. -Vaz House Cafe is coming soon to 151 Middle Turnpike West; a portion of the former Vic's Pizza space. They will be offering quality coffee and tea in a calm, intentional space designed for people stopping in between moments. -El Campo Restaurant is still coming soon to 394 Middle Turnpike West; the former Rooster's Chicken & Waffle space. The eatery will serve Latin cuisine from their space, including Puerto Rican and Dominican favorites. It is expected to be mostly take-out due to space constraints in their restaurant. Look for them to open in early 2026. -Shogun X Sushi is coming soon to 1483 Pleasant Valley Road; the former Hooters restaurant. The restaurant will feature all-you-can-eat sushi delivered on a conveyor belt system around the dining room. Look for them to open in early 2026. -The Angry Egg will soon reopen under new ownership! The restaurant is located at 1095 Main Street. The space is receiving some renovations ahead of their reopening. Stay tuned for an opening date. These restaurants join the new additions from 2025 including Pan Sobao Deli, Pasha Turkish Restaurant, Raising Cane's, Sri Balaji, El Sol Scoop, The Hidden Kitchen at Hilliard Mills, and many others.
