Construction has started on the new La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings & Decor! The store is coming soon to The Shops at Evergreen Walk! The store will occupy the former Pier 1 Imports store that closed in 2020. La-Z-Boy will relocate from their location at 233 Buckland Hills Drive in Manchester, in the same plaza as Frank Pepe's. The new store will be 11,684 square feet, about 8,000 square feet smaller than their current 19,750 +/- square foot store. The new store is between LL Bean and The Paper Store in the outdoor shopping center! The furniture store joins at least 2 more tenants opening soon at The Shops at Evergreen Walk. Little Bird Clay Company and MY SALON Suite will be opening very soon! Look for them to open later this summer or early this fall!
