Huge Congratulations to Charhause Cookie in Bolton! The gluten free bakery celebrated their grand opening with a ribbon cutting with Tolland County Chamber of Commerce - TCCC and State Representative Tim Ackert. The new gluten free micro-bakery has opened their doors at 299 Boston Turnpike in Bolton, the plaza with Subway. The new bakery serves breakfast sandwiches, baked goods, pastries, coffees, lattes, macarons, and much more; all gluten free and other allergen-free! Their selection includes dairy free, egg free, and gluten free options; some are all free of all three! They are proudly serving coffee roasted by Silk City Coffee in Manchester. Make sure to check them out at 299 Boston Turnpike in Bolton! The shop is open: Monday 7am-2pm Wednesday 7am-2pm Thursday thru Friday 7am-6pm Saturday 8am-2pm Sunday 8am-12pm Closed Tuesday
