Indigo Indian Bistro will be permanently closing their doors later this month.
The restaurant is located at 232 Spencer Street in Manchester, next door to ShopRite. The Indian restaurant has been located in the plaza for 15 years. The restaurant will continue to operate into mid-November with their final day to be announced soon. The restaurant's announcement reads: "Dear Friends. For the past 15 years, you have been the heart and soul of Indigo. You welcomed us into your lives, celebrated your milestones with us, and made our restaurant feel like home. From first dates to family dinners, birthdays to quiet weeknights, every laugh, every story, and every familiar face filled our space with love. You didn't just support a business - you built a family. And for that, we are endlessly grateful. It is with heavy hearts that we share that, after a long and difficult process with our landlord, we must close our doors. This was not an easy decision, and it comes with deep sadness. Indigo has been more than a restaurant -it has been our life, our joy, and our connection to this incredible community. We will continue to cook for you through mid-November and will announce our final day soon. While we are now takeout only, we hope you'll let us serve you one last time. Pick up your favorite dishes, share them with your loved ones at home, and allow us to thank you in person for all the support, love, and memories you've given us over the years. Thank you, Manchester, for fifteen unforgettable years. You will forever be part of our story, and the memories we've made together will stay in our hearts always. With all our love and gratitude, The Indigo Indian Bistro Family"
