Finally got a chance to try this waterfront restaurant located in Wethersfield called River: A Waterfront Restaurant & Bar! The restaurant is located at 100 Great Meadow Road in Wethersfield, on the ground floor of the Putnam Park office building. River offers beautiful waterfront views of the Connecticut River from their dining room alongside an expansive outdoor terraced patio. During my visit the food tasted great, views were amazing, and our waitress was very attentive. Great experience overall. Menu offerings under award-winning & ‘Chopped’ Winner Chef Xavier Santiago include USDA Prime steaks, fresh seafood, house-made pastas, and wood-fired pizzas, appetizers, and much more!
