Frisbie's Dairy Barn is officially open at Blue Back Square!
The new ice cream shop is celebrating their official opening today from 1pm to 10pm! They are located at 38 Isham Road in West Hartford, the former Kilwins space across from The Cheesecake Factory. First 25 customers today will receive a Frisbie's Frisbee with their purchase! The shop serves nearly 2 dozen different ice cream flavors. Options include sundaes, cups, cones, ice cream flights (6 flavors), samplers (4 flavors), and much more. Frisbie's also offers an ice cream making experience at their New Britain and North Attleboro locations. Frisbie's was founded in New Britain in 2015 by Michael Frisbie, the owner of the Noble Gas Station chain. The Parks family took over Frisbie's Dairy Barn in 2020.
