Four new tenants are coming soon to The Shops at Evergreen Walk! -AT&T has leased the vacant space next to Ted's Montana Grill for a new location! The telecommunication company will occupy 1,680 square feet in unit 508. It's unclear if/how this new location will effect the two nearby AT&T stores, one on Deming Street and one inside The Shoppes at Buckland Hills. -A new yet-to-be-announced tenant is coming soon to the former DekaLash space in unit 261, occupying roughly 1,100 square feet of space next to Lovesac. The identity of the tenant has not been announced so stay tuned for further updates! -Qdoba Mexican Eats will be opening later this year. The fast-casual Mexican eatery is coming soon to the former Moe's space. Construction is anticipated to start soon, with bidding for the project recently completed. A temporary mural was recently removed from the storefront in anticipation for construction. -Pandora is now under construction as well! The jewelry store is coming soon to the former Lux Bond & Green space next to Brighton Collectibles. Pandora is a Danish jeweler and retailer known for their customizable charm bracelets, rings, earrings, and necklaces. Their charm bracelets offer a customizable accessory that can be added to with charms for life milestones. These new tenants join other recent additions including StretchLab, The Gampel Collection by CollectU, Toys R Us, Gap Factory, and others!
