A new halal market has opened at Twin City Plaza!
Happyland Halal Meat Market recently opened at 745 New Britain Avenue in Twin City Plaza. It is the latest halal market to open in the area, following Zam Zam Market (3095 Berlin Turnpike). They sell halal meat, including other fresh offerings and ethnic groceries. Happyland also stocks everyday staples such as milk and bread. Happyland is the first new tenant to occupy space in Twin City in years. The shopping center, which sits on the New Britain line, will be soon undergoing significant improvements such as a new facade, signage, lighting, and parking lot rehabilitation. Current tenants include Tabletop Gaming Center, Veggie World and Family Dollar. Laundromat Near Me is also anticipated to open soon. Find them at 745 New Britain Avenue, in the former Pet Spa and Hunan Wok spaces (both relocated elsewhere). They are open every day from 9am-9pm.
