A local landmark has been put on the market!
The former longtime home of Avery's Soda is up for sale! The property is located at 510-520 Corbin Avenue and is currently listed for $485,000. The property includes a two-family 3,400 square foot home as well as the iconic 4,367 square foot Avery's Soda barn. The local landmark was previously the home of the storied soda brand for over 100 years until 2025 when their production & bottle shop moved completely to 1 Hartford Square in New Britain. Avery's Soda was sold to Patrick Moore in summer of 2025; Moore also owns Hilltop Apiaries in Simsbury. The iconic barn was not included in the sale of Avery's last summer.
