We are getting our first look at the new Nordstrom Rack and Ross Dress For Less coming to The Plaza at Buckland Hills!
Plans call for the removal of both the former Joann Fabrics and Party City storefronts and the addition of 2 new storefronts to match the brand identities of Nordstrom Rack & Ross Dress For Less. Ross Dress for Less will occupy over 32,000 square feet of space; the former Party City and a portion of the former Joann Fabrics space. The store will receive a new facade to match their prototype look. The discount retailer offers the best bargains on the latest trends in clothing, shoes, home decor and more! Look for them to open in Late Spring 2027. They willl receive a new facade with the signature blocky look and retro signage. Nordstrom Rack is the off-price division of Nordstrom, selling high-end apparel at discount prices.
