Carlito's Bakery has announced they will be closing their Manchester bake shop this fall.
The Puerto Rican bakery opened 8 years ago at 73A Tolland Turnpike in Manchester, in the same plaza at Star Hardware. The bake shop is family owned and operated. Carlito’s Bakery offers a variety of freshly baked pastries, cookies, and much more! They became well known for their breakfast and lunch sandwiches as well as their custom cakes. A final day of business has not been announced, though they plan to close sometime this fall. We wish the owner the best in their future endeavors.
