A new lounge & cafe has opened in Hartford!
The Upstate Lounge & Cafe is NOW OPEN at 537 Farmington Avenue in Hartford, the former home of Tisane cafe which permanently closed in May of 2024. The restaurant will feature bar food with an Upstate. Adult beverages including alcoholic & non-alcoholic. The Upstate Lounge & Cafe is now home to local brews along with your other favorite Domestic beers and cocktails. The new lounge will also feature a cafe with that good coffee; just like their predessesor. They will also have live music from time-to-time! The food menu consists of bar food including hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, Beef on Weck (french dip-adjacent), smashburgers, salads, and appetizers. Hanging Hills was previously located at 150 Ledyard Street until 2020.
