A new bakery is coming to East Windsor! Molly's Sweet Spot will be opening a new bakery at 122 Prospect Hill Road in East Windsor; part of Sophia’s Plaza! The bakery will be opening this June owned by local resident Molly Francia! The new bakery will have a large variety of goodies on the menu including cakes, cupcakes, gourmet cookies, cakesicles, brownies, dessert bars, tiramisu, mousse cups, cinnamon rolls, donuts, muffins, scones, dirty sodas, and much more! Molly’s will offer custom cakes and desserts to order! They will have a walk-in storefront with goodies to pick up on the way into work or just in the mood for dessert! Look for them to open in June!
