Starbuck’s fans might be in for some bad news!
The Starbucks location that was planned for the new TownePlace & Fairfield Inn & Suites appears to be cancelled. The 2,650 square foot space that was planned for Starbucks was recently listed for lease. The hotel and restaurant space is located at 363 Roberts Street in East Hartford, right off I-84. The listing reads: “Fantastic Quick Service Drive Thru Restaurant Opportunity on the bottom floor of the newly developed Townplace Suites + Fairfield Inn & Suites dual branded hotel in East Hartford, CT.” Find the listing here: https://www.loopnet.com/.../363-Roberts-St-East.../39796524/ We reached out to Starbucks and the broker to confirm plans have been cancelled, they did not respond back to our inquiries.
