Demolition work is underway for the future Port Eastside development in East Hartford! The former Bank of America building at 99 Founders Square is currently being demolished to make way for the new Port Eastside project. Once demolition work is completed site work & construction can begin on the next phase. The first phase, on the site of 99 Founders Square, will feature 300 units in a new 5-story building. The building will feature ground level retail as well. The new 28-acre waterfront development will eventually feature over 1,000 amenity rich residential units along with retail & entertainment space.
