A new sushi shop has opened their doors in Trumbull! Izumi Sushi & Japanese Cuisine is NOW OPEN in Trumbull! The new Japanese restaurant is located at 123 Monroe Turnpike in Trumbull. The new eatery celebrated their grand opening yesterday with town officials. The new restaurant offers delicious sushi, sashimi, boba/bubble tea, traditional Japanese cuisine, gyoza, Ramen, and much more.
