TRUMBULL SCOOP: Centennial takes over management of Trumbull Mall

Trumbull Mall has been placed under the management of Centennial Real Estate, the owners of Connecticut Post Mall in Milford.

The change in management comes just days after it was revealed that the mall's owner, Namdar Realty Group, defaulted on their loan for the property. The property has not been sold to Centennial.

The mall's new steward will help to stabilize the property while finding opportunities to create additional value for the community while the property transitions to its next chapter, possibly under new ownership.

Namdar owes the majority of Connecticut's dead, dying, or struggling malls including Meriden Mall, Crystal Mall, Enfield Square Mall. and The Shoppes at Buckland Hills.
