An upscale gym is coming soon to Stamford!
Club Studio, an ultra luxury gym, is coming soon to a portion of the former Fairway store at 699 Canal Street in Stamford. The gym will occupy 37,332 square feet of space. The gym is unique, featuring individual fitness studios inside with classes including: -Box (high intensity boxing) -Ride (cycling) -CS4 (circuit training) -Hot yoga (3 different variations) -Hot Pilates -Reform Pilates -Rebound (trampolines) The new gym chain usually includes a MedSpa that offers cool sculpting, liquid IV drip, vitamin shots, Botox, juvederm and other skin rejuvenation services. And finally a fully loaded recovery lab which includes cryotherapy, red light therapy, hydro massage beds, Normatec compression, hyperice equipment (vibrating foam rollers, massage guns). Gym locations usually have an in-house cafe; serving a variety of organic superfoods, açaí bowls, smoothies, etc. Perfect for a pre or post work out refresher!
