A new upscale Chinese restaurant has opened in Stamford! Jiang Stamford has opened its doors at 2107 Summer Street in Stamford, part of the Ridgeway Shopping Center. Jiang Stamford will celebrate its grand opening on August 13th; with the restaurant currently in its 'soft opening' period. Stop in for their grand opening week from August 13th until August 20th for 20% off your entire bill. Jiang is a new restaurant concept being developed by Chef Jiang, the founder of the well-known Chef Jiang restaurant brand. Designed specifically for Fairfield County and the surrounding area, Jiang focuses on serving high-quality, authentic Chinese cuisine that's perfect for anyone looking for a fast, satisfying lunch and for families gathering for dinner.
