Colony Grill has set the opening date for their new Shelton location!
The new pizza restaurant will open on Thursday January 15th! Colony Grill is located at 902 Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton; the former Burger King space. Colony Grill is known for their hot oil pizzas; one-of-a-kind, thin-crust pizza that is best served with the signature "hot oil" topping. They also have a new location coming soon in Glastonbury.
