Riko's Pizza is NOW OPEN at 955 Ethan Allen Highway in Ridgefield, the former John’s Best Pizza shop space. The eatery is known for their famous thin crust hot-oil pizzas as well as their signature salad pies. On their menu you’ll also find salads, oven-baked wings, sliders, desserts, and more. This is the 13th location for the Connecticut-based chain; with 7 in Connecticut, 3 in New York, 2 in Florida, and 1 in North Carolina.
