A new beach-side restaurant is coming to Norwalk this spring! Luca’s Beach Kitchen is coming soon to 99 Cald Pasture Beach Road, the former home of Ripka’s Beach Café & The Dugout. The new eatery will open this spring as a temporary pop-up and open a full-concept next year. The new coastal kitchen restaurant concept will bring a fun environment, beachside vibes, and much needed energy to the waterfront. The menu is anticipated to be a blend of land and sea including seafood, burgers, sandwiches, and much more. The temporary set up for 2026 will feature 2 food trailers parked on a new patio built atop the existing sand area near the restaurant building. The soft opening is planned for early May with a grand opening date planned for Memorial Day Weekend. The new venture is owned by Anthony & Rosa of Mr. Frostys Ice Cream and Seaside Sliders.
