A New York City-based smashburger restaurant has opened its first CT location in Fairfield! Flat Out Burger is NOW OPEN at 58 Post Road in Fairfield, opening their doors earlier today. They will celebrate their grand opening on Septembe 12th. The restaurant uses beef is locally sourced and smashed to crispy, caramelized perfection, then layered with American cheese, house pickles, and finished with their signature secret sauce. Every burger is built on a soft, buttery brioche bun, toasted to golden perfection. Their hand-cut fries are crispy and crave worthy but when you want to go big, try the Loaded Fries with chopped cheeseburger toppings, melted cheese, and sauce for days. Feeling spicy?
