A new coffee shop is coming soon to Windsor! The BOP Coffee Roastery is coming soon to the new Founders Square in Windsor! The coffee shop will be located at 150 Broad Street in Windsor. The new location will act as a flagship location for the coffee shop! They currently have a location inside Refuge Tattoo at 95 Pratt Street; they also have a manufacturing space at Parkville Market in Hartford. Construction is planned to begin in September on the interior fit-out of their new space! If all goes to plan, the coffee shop will open this fall! The new shop will be "A place to meet a friend or two for a light breakfast, lunch, or happy hour. A comfortable and intimate third place that serves all the coffees we roast and teas we source, as well as craft cocktails, local ciders, and beautiful wines. Run by the BOP team: Jack, Yania, Kaylin and Angel" according to the coffee shop's announcement! Founders Square is a new mixed-use development with retail and residential. The development will soon be home to Moneta Moments Bakery, The Lil' Plant Shop, William Raveis Real Estate, and now The BOP Coffee Roastery!
