SEPHORA is coming to Westport!
The national beauty chain will open a new store in Westport at 136 Main Street in Westport, the current Brooks Brothers space in the plaza. The beauty & personal care store will occupy 5,200 square feet. The new store is expected to open in late 2027/early 2028 once Brooks Brother vacates the space and a renovation is completed. The store is famous for its 'open-sell' environment; allowing customers to test products before buying them. Sephora offers a curated selection of nearly 500 brands and has over 3,000 locations across 35 countries. Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, ARC inc, in the deal. The real estate broker also represented the landlord in deals with Everything But Water and Beyond Yoga for space in the same plaza earlier this year. Look for Sephora to open in late 2027/early 2028!
