The Friendly Toast will open their first CT location in West Hartford on May 5th! The all-day brunch restaurant will be opening on May 5th at 36 LaSalle Road, the former Division West Bistro space! Find the full menu on their website here: thefriendlytoast.com The interior features a quirky and retro look; complete with fun colors/patterns, chrome furniture, and fun lighting. The mannequin inside did give me a jump scare when I looked into the space. The Friendly Toast has 11 locations currently with 2 new locations coming soon including West Hartford. The chain opened in 1994 in Portsmouth, NH. They’ve expanded adding locations in Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine.
