Insomnia Cookies is planning a new location for West Hartford Center. Insomnia Cookies has pulled building permits to open a location at 70 LaSalle Road in West Hartford, the former Exclusive Furs space next to Bricco! The new cookie shop will be the fourth location in Connecticut for the chain. Insomnia will occupy 760 square feet of space under the plan, the space formerly occupied by Exclusive Furs. Construction is planned to begin in July with an opening planned this fall. Insomnia Cookies has 3 Connecticut locations currently including Storrs, New Haven, and their recently opened Downtown Hartford location.
