WALLINGFORD SCOOP: Nardelli's closes

Nardelli's has closed their Wallingford location.

The local sandwich shop chain has closed their location at 970 North Colony Road in Wallingford, CT. The sandwich shop opened in the fall of 2015, becoming the 11th Nardelli's in Connecticut.

A note on the doors reads:
"For reasons of medical health and wellbeing. This location has closed. We would like to thank you for your patronage over the years. From Team sponsorships, fundraising and other charitable events it has always been our pleasure to take part in helping the community. To our loyal customers that became local friendly faces we again thank you for everything. Please visit our Nardellis Meriden Location 896 East Main Street Meriden, CT."
