Colony Grill is expanding with two new Connecticut locations! The famed pizza chain plans new locations in Shelton and Glastonbury!
-Colony Grill plans to open a new location at 902 Bridgeport Avenue; the former Burger King at Shelton Square. Burger King closed in recent days. No timeline has been announced for the new location's opening, the landlord is seeking approval from the town for the renovation. -The hot-oil pizza shop plans to open a new location at The Shops at Somerset Square in Glastonbury; the long-vacant Coldwater Creek space in the outdoor mall. No timeline has been announced for the new location's opening. Colony Grill is famous for their pizza; a thin crust pizza with their signature 'hot oil' topping. The restaurant opened in 1935 in Stamford before expanding to Norwalk, Fairfield, Milford; and out of state in Port Chester NY, St. Petersburg FL, Arlington VA, Potomac MD. and Tampa FL.
