No timeline has been announced for the new location's opening. Colony Grill is famous for their pizza; a thin crust pizza with their signature 'hot oil' topping. The restaurant opened in 1935 in Stamford before expanding to Norwalk, Fairfield, Milford; and out of state in Port Chester NY, St. Petersburg FL, Arlington VA, Potomac MD. and Tampa FL.
