A new restaurant is coming soon to Rubber Avenue!
Shawarma Bay is coming soon to the former Garlic Restaurant space at 664 Rubber Avenue in Naugatuck. The new restaurant will serve authentic shawarma and traditional chapli kebabs. Shawarma Bay is a halal restaurant serving authentic Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine in a modern, fast-casual setting. From juicy shawarma wraps and platters to fusion street food, everything is made fresh with halal ingredients. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or late-night cravings, Shawarma Bay offers bold flavors, quick service, and a cozy dine-in experience. The restaurant is expected to open on May 1st. Garlic Restaurant closed in late January with plans to reopen in a new location in the future. The new location for Garlic has not been announced yet.
