Sift Bake Shop has opened their Mohegan Sun bakery! The bakery is hosting a soft opening before their official ribbon cutting on Tuesday! Sift Bake Shop and A.T.Y Bar & Bonbons are located at the Winter entrance of the casino, replacing Carlo’s Bake Shop and The Sweet Room by Buddy Valastro. The new bakery serves a large variety of baked goods, sandwiches, and coffees from their beautiful location. Baked goods include croissants, cookies, cakes, jelly rolls, macarons, breads, and much more. There are also a few gluten-friendly items on the menu. Bonbons include 15 flavors including Cookie N Cream, Vanilla, Salted Caramel, Irish Coffee, and others. Cocktails including a Chocolate Old Fashioned, Chocolate Martini, Cookie Crush, and more.
