A new bookstore is coming to Harborwalk in Milford!
Mermaid Books is opening soon at 22 Broad Street in Milford, part of the Harborwalk community. The book store is expected to open in mid-May according to their Facebook page. The new independent book store will sell new books including fiction, non-fiction, fantasy, cookbooks, and kids titles. They also will include a small curated collection of gently used titles. The store has started hiring! If interested send your resumes to [email protected]. They are looking for: -A person who loves books -Availability for part-time work two to three days a week, including weekends (roughly 10-20 hours a week) -A sunny disposition and a friendly way with customers -Past experience in retail -Bookselling experience a major, major plus! Look for them to open soon!
