J Restaurant Bar has opened their new Hartford location! J Bar has opened at 140 Huyshope Avenue in Hartford, inside the Colt Building! The restaurant replaced the Thomas Hooker Brewery at Colt. J Bar recently purchased the brewery along with their event space, formerly Hooker Live. The new bar and restaurant serves salads, burgers, pastas, and more. J Under The Dome is their new event venue nearby; featuring many fun events including dueling pianos. Join them on July 11th for the first Dueling Piano event. This interactive show features two talented pianists going head-to-head with your favorite songs—from classic hits to modern chart-toppers—all fueled by your requests and lots of crowd participation.
